INNOVATION AND TECHNIQUE
CONSTRUCTION
Having our own plant allows us to significantly reduce timings and delays when realising foundations and structures and when defining the layout of terrain around a construction, independently of any third parties. In 35 years we have built, and continue to build, private homes, public and private tenders and many of the most beautiful villas in the Costa Smeralda complete with gardens, pools, electrics, plumbing and security systems. We work with cement, iron, stone, wood, environmentally friendly materials, alternative insulation, specialist mortars and plasters, bringing to all of our work the quality craftsmanship that comes naturally to those whose professional experience reflects the high standards of the Costa Smeralda.
RENOVATIONS
Renovations are an important part of our business: the historic villas of the Costa are now showing the signs of time and require radical intervention: we replace roofs, check load carrying structures, add new rooms, verandas and garages, we renovate fencing, boundaries and access roads, update electrical, plumbing and security systems. New owners ask us to knock down walls, creating bright, new spaces and we replace windows and doors or beautifully restore the existing ones. Our in-house design studio provides new designs for clients and carries out feasibility studies for extensions in addition to taking care of the relevant bureaucracy.
MAINTENANCE
Having one company manage all household maintenance makes life easier for our clients: our landscapers look after the garden, specialists take care of pool upkeep, a team of workmen is always on hand to fix problems large and small caused by inclement winter weather. Plumbing and electrics, fencing, gates and installations are kept in working order so that the house is always ready to welcome owners or their guests. Our offices are open year round to provide information and solutions and to advise clients of any developments regarding their houses.
SWIMMING POOLS
We are proud of client satisfaction levels for our projects: from large pools to tubs carved into rock and polished until they seem like a gift of nature, we build and install natural pools, resin pools, painted cement pools and pools in marble or any other material the owner desires. We have carved pools in some of the most challenging corners of the Costa Smeralda – some in pure granite – always careful to provide the perfect surrounding space. For many we also look after year-round maintenance, including water treatment using the latest techniques, from active oxygen which doesn’t sting the eyes or irritate the skin to salt electrolysis that eliminates the smell of chlorine.
GARDENS
We love creating gardens and landscaping all of the outdoor areas around our constructions. Where necessary we start from the layout of the terrain using our own earth moving machinery, and then harmonise the indigenous wild vegetation with the garden itself, installing lawns, ornamental stones and trees according to the client’s brief. We have built up a great deal of experience in garden maintenance and in creating a well-cared for but natural effect. We take care of pruning, organic or chemical fertilising and cleaning of both potted and planted areas.
CONCIERGE SERVICE
Our people and our company are Sardinian, we are proud of our beautiful land and are hospitable towards our guests. We value establishing a trusting relationship with our clients to which we bring our availability to study and resolve their technical, administrative or simply logistical problems, such as needing a transfer from the airport. In many cases our relationship with a client does not end when the keys are handed over, but continues throughout the years.
